I dont know about all legal immigrants, but the ones here in my town and the ones I talk to online are very much against illegal immigration,so sounds to me like Evelyn Cruz is grasping at straws in hopes of saving here illegal friends.looks like maybe we are finally being heard!!!!!! I know I dont "trust" illegals so guess the feeling will be mutual!!!!!!!

Honestly it sounds like you are making yourself sick stressing your health issues. You really need to lighten your stress load! Try a small glass of red wine nightly. If you are against wine try a glass of welches sparkling red grape juice. It is relaxing and great for the heart. My husband has been able to go off of HB medicine thanks to the one glass of red wine a night thing.

Contact the lawyer who prepared the living trust. It should be an easy matter to add to (or remove items from) your trust. Probably just an addendum to the trust adding the deed (or the note, if you sold the home and did the financing) to the trust.

The point of a trust is that the "state" has little to do with it, and it certainly won't "verify" the validity untill you get sued.
Not a time to DIY.

There is no way to know how long it will take without knowing more facts, and even then it depends on so many things. Does the neighbor's mom have a will? How big is her estate? Does she have a lot of assets like stocks that will be complicated to transfer over? Does she have a lot of debt? Do the "aunts" have some kind of grounds to fight your neighbor inheriting everything? If she has a lawyer she should listen to his/her advice and go with that.

I'd go with a Revocable Living Trust. You can title both your house and your car in it. It is flexible and you can change it at any time. And it should not be very expensive.
