Ryan Homes is a HUGE company and they build homes throughout the northeast. They compete because their prices on new homes look attractive. Their floor plans are ok and they stage the homes immaculately. They generally don't use top line materials and you will be changing things/upgrading within 5 years. The fit and finish on their homes is so-so.
One of the really big pitfalls is the standard materials stink and it costs a lot to upgrade. Then the home costs are comparable to other builders in the area…
good luck!
all of the above is my opinion only.

Ameriplan is awsome. Don't listen about the good dentists don't need it. It has nothing to do with that. There are plenty of great dentists and doctors who are providers with Ameriplan. They like it over insurance because they don't have to wait up to 90 days to get paid. You pay them a discounted fee right away. I have it and use it all the time . And you can cancel any time. Go for it. http://www.urdentalmed.com

My company sends out renewal offers 2-3 weeks ahead of the renewal date and the coverage is continuous if the renewal premium is paid. Most companies are so automated these days that turn around is pretty quick and with some you can go online and print your own. If you are having trouble, you can get a copy from your agent – if you are having trouble with your agent, call the company's (not agent's) customer service number and request it to be mailed or faxed to you. I even have one company that will email you a copy.

Most insurance companies provide this service. You may have to pay for a 6 months period, but when you are finished with the car, you can requwst a refund on the balance. We do this every summer when we go to our summer home, a get insurance for a car left there. 3 Months later we cancel the insurance and get a rfund in a few short weeks. Good luck with your traveling.

You insurance should not go up in this type of accident since in alot of states when a driver is rear ended it is automatically the driver who did the rear endings fault, no matter The case. I know it's like there here in Virginia, a woman pulled dead out in front of me and because i struck her behind the rear wheels it was automatically my fault, even though she was clearly at fault and witness at the scene confirmed that she pulled out in front of me, regardless i was still charged. Every insurance does differ though and should not go up but I know of a couple that do regardless who is at fault. You are going to have to read you policy carefully or call a rep to find this answer. Good luck.

Dozens of companies out there will cover you but you can forget about those good rates and first class claims service for about four years. Just start calling right now — GEICO, Esurance, Progressive, etc., all have 24/7 sales staff.

It varies from company to company. Each company sets up their rate plan (the mathematical formula they use to calculate your premium) differently, giving different values to different factors. One company might favor older drivers, one younger, another might be set up to favor only the very safest drivers. You have to compare different companies to make sure you have the right fit. If the agent you are meeting with is an independent agent, he or she can compare several companies for you. If they only deal in one company, I recommend some comparison shopping before you sign anything.

I find W3Schools to be excellent. After HTML, you can learn about other things – CSS, Javascript, etc.
